What do Registration Fees cover?
- Membership to the Samford Rangers Football Club. Membership entitles the member to a vote at the Annual General Meeting. If the registered player is under 18 years of age, then one parent or guardian will receive membership. The parent or guardian who is nominated as the primary contact in the My Football registration system will receive the membership.
- Registration with Football Brisbane, Football Queensland & Football Federation of Australia
- Basic Player Insurance cover for all players (including Over 35/45 players)
- Facilities including the use of floodlights for training or night games and maintenance of club grounds and equipment e.g. line marking, nets, corner posts, whistles, linesman flags etc.
- Purchasing of coaching/playing equipment (cones, bibs, portable goals, speed ladders, hurdles etc. )
- Coaching & Referee Courses
- Football Queensland - Team Coach Registration Fee
- Football Queensland – SSF Referee Registration Fee
- Club Administration costs
- Skills Development Coaching
- Coaches and Managers receive Samford Rangers Polo Shirts

- $30 Credit to use at the Club Sports Shop - only available once all Fees have been paid or a Payment Plan has been approved ($30 credit is not included in Miniroos Kick Off or FQPL Senior or Under 23 registrations).
Other Costs to Expect During the Season
Samford Rangers FC strives to be totally transparent and upfront with the Fees we charge. The Samford Rangers Registration Fee is an all inclusive fee for the regular season games.
Other Clubs in the area do charge an additional weekly fee of $6 to $10 per player throughout the season. This can add between $120 to $200 extra per player over the course of a normal season, on top of the cost of membership.
Player Equipment
Our Sports Shop will be open during the Sign-On sessions for the purchase of player equipment. This year we have substantially increased the range of stock available in our Sports Shop.
Essential equipment required by each player will be on sale, including training shirts, shorts, socks, shin pads and boots. Playing shirts are provided, and are returned to the Club at the end of the season. The Sports Shop also sells a range of Rangers branded merchandise such as sports bags, polo shirts, caps, beanies etc.
