Pro Lab returns in Term 4 for an 8 week skills development program. Participants will be coached across the four core skills of running with the ball, first touch, striking the ball and 1v1's.
Sessions will be coached by an advanced level coach.
Sessions are for 1 hour between 6 and 7pm on Monday evenings, commencing Monday October 13th and completing December 1st.
