In line with the Samford Rangers Football Club (SRFC) Rules of Association, all members are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am on Sunday the 20th October at Samford Parklands, 2149 Mt Sampson Road, Samford in the main club room.
As per the Rules of Association certain positions are up for nomination each year. For the 2020 season the following positions will need to be voted on at the AGM:
- Vice President – Client Services
I am pleased to advise that all 3 current serving candidates have expressed intention to continue in the roles on the committee however per our rules of association members are still welcome to submit applications for positions to be considered and voted alongside the sitting members at the AGM.
In addition to the above, the position of Vice President – Football Operations, will become vacant at the AGM and we invite any expressions of interest for this and other positions to be emailed to the Secretary at email@example.com by no later than the 6th October 2019.
Any submission must be accompanied by a written application outlining why a candidate feels they can successfully take on the role and what experience the have to make their application suitable for consideration. All applications received will be posted on the walls of the clubhouse in a prominent position and posted online for consideration in line with the requirements of the constitution.
