Samford-Go Zamurai Soccer Academy will run short term girls academy training. Go Zamurai Academy training has started at SRFC since season 2017. Currently 40 boys who play at top teams in each generation (U9-U15) are joining to academy training. And we see many academy boys have been improved during season as they had 2 x team training and 1 x academy training every week. This environment helped them to gain a lot of football intelligences and fitness. In the beginning, academy training was only for boys, however SRFC and Go Zamurai Academy were agreed to supply similar opportunity for our young female players too.

Please contact Academy Director (Rinichi Mikami) if you need more information.
Samford Rangers FC sincerely announces that the club will hold "Summer Development Sessions". This is 4 weeks program during off-season. We will provide sessions to all players in all categories between U6-U15.
This program's focus is below:
Hi All, We would love you to take the following survey to rate our canteen in 2017 and to suggest improvements for 2018.
We are sincerely advise that we will hold trials for season 2018. Please check below information in your age group.
We will run the sessions for each group. However all teams' positions are very limited. As we refer the performance and behavior in the past seasons. So if you are keen to protect your position or get into stronger side, you need to attend to commence trial dates. Especially if player is keen to get Komodo squad (top team) position, we need player to attend to trial. If player won't be attending trial even once, the spot for next season will be same with this year or might be demoted to lower ranks (depends on how many new players are coming next year).
Also U9-U11 players are needed to register from the below link:
U12-U16 all levels:
There are 3 trial sessions for U12-U16. And player is needed to attend at least 2 sessions. We have existing U11-U15 boys and girls teams in 2017. We also keen to keep educating all current SRFC juniors but we expect to have a few new challengers from other side. So to be fair we have to see current level in the game situation training and will move ahead for selection criteria after each 3 sessions.
U12-U16 players are needed to register from the below link:
We had U16 div1 boys squad in 2017. And most of them are expected playing U18 competition in 2018. We currently start making strong U18 squad for season 2018. All players who will turn 17yo or 18 yo in next year will be very invited in this trial. Also please be prepared to play high-tempo football in this trial.
Please make sure to register U18 trial through the below link:

I wish all the best to the incoming committee for 2018.
I would like to say thank you.
At the 2010 AGM I came on board as the Vice President Seniors not knowing what I was in for. Life is made of choices that can take you on a journey & I truly feel that getting involved on the Committee here at Samford Rangers FC was the right choice to make. I have made many more friends than I thought I ever could have. I have had the pleasure to get to know a lot of people in the Samford Community which I will always value highly. I have also had the pleasure of working with some amazing volunteers over the past 7 years.
I would like to thank the all current & past committees, members, parents & supporters for their support & understanding through the years I have been involved.
There are many people that have contributed over the last 7 years through the clubs downfall of member numbers through the introduction of NPL & also through the rebuilding of our member numbers to where we are now.
I would like to say thank you to a couple of people that have committed a lot of time & effort to the club while I have worked alongside them. Thank you to Lyle Gray & Damian Davies for the friendship & support you have given me. I would also like to thank my team mates over the past 7 years for their support & understanding in being involved on the committee.
I have loved my time watching how much the club is growing in football and confidence. In particular seeing how much bigger and successful our club is becoming in all the areas of Football on & off the Field. I look forward to watching Samford Rangers FC continue to grow and to be able to always offer the kids an opportunity to enjoy their Football whilst following their dream.
The biggest thank you of all goes to my wife Tanya for all her love, support & understanding behind the lines whilst being involved on the committee for the past 7 years. Without her support it would not have been possible.
Congratulations to all the members, parents & supporters of Samford Rangers FC for a successful 2017 season & to all that make this a great club to play Football.
Samford Rangers is a big part of my life & always will be.
I'm sure I will to see you around the club in 2018.
