Saturday 14 October 2017
At Samford Parklands
Starting sharp at 9.00 am
This year the following positions are open for election per Section 17 and Section 20 of our Rules of Association: (currently held by)
1. President (Tom McGrow)
2. Treasurer (Jean Nelson)
3. Facility Operations (Lyle Gray)
The other available positions are as follows:
4. Secretary (Janine Fossa)
5. Client Services Vice President (vacant)
We are making a resolution to Section 17 to the Members of Management Committee and position 6 will be now become Client Services Vice President and position 7 will become General Committee Member.

Applications should be submitted in writing by close of business 30 September 2017
All nomination forms received will be available for the club members to review at the Samford Parklands Clubhouse from Sunday 8 October 2017 as per our Rules of Association. To vote for the nominees, club members must be present at the AGM, no proxy votes are acceptable.
